be between 14-35 years old to qualify. Heroes will be asked to complete
a consent form allowing Ancop to use their names and photographs and/or
testimonial or information provided through a personal interview or audi/video
recording in future contest promotions. Attach a 500 word essay outlining
why this person is a "hero". Help the selection committee get
to know this person as you do. Be as specific as you can about how this
hero helped you or others in the school or community at large. Explain why
this hero is a good candidate to win. Help the committee to understand what
makes a person a hero and explain how the hero you are nominating meets
these criteria for greatness. Be as specific as you can by giving examples
of things your hero said or did that helped you and other students/co-workers.
Your examples may include classroom or extra curricular activities, community
or environmental work. A photo would be helpful. Submission entry must be
verifiable and certified by a qualified person. |
